Interested in knowing more about Museomix? Come and test it out on June 29 at the MAS in Antwerp! Museomixers from past editions will introduce you to our special recipe.

Here is what we will do:

• 18:30 Let's all mix together!

Museomix is an international event which seeks to blend creativity, innovation and museum culture. Organised as a 3-day creative marathon, the Belgian component of the event will take place in two museums and will bring together teams working on prototypes for museum mediation - in other words, interactive tools aimed at enriching visitors' experience.

The first edition of Museomix in Belgium took place in the Musée Royal de Mariemont and the Museum of Fine Arts Ghent.

The 2016 edition (November 11-13) will take place at the MAS in Antwerp.

MuseomixBE will take place this year on November 11-13, 2016 at the MAS (Museum aan de Stroom) in Antwerp. You have until July 1st, 2016 to register and join the Museomix adventure!

From Friday morning until Sunday night you will collaborate in a mulitidisciplinary team to imagine and create your own prototype and allow people to reclaim ownership of the museum's space. The prototypes created during the week-end will be presented to the public for a few days after the event.

Museomix brings together participants from all walks of life. We are looking for people with diverse backgrounds :

• Coding specialist
• Do-it-yourselfers / Makers
• Cultural mediators
• Copyrighters
• Communicators
• Graphic designers

If you are selected, € 50 registration fee will be requested. This fee includes all meals during the three days of MuseomixBE. Please note that the event will take place in English.
